REFUND POLICY-
When you book one of our experience, you are reserving a limited seat and helping us plan the event. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies.
1) More than 10 days before the event: Full refund.
2) 7 days before the event: 50% refund.
3) Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
NO SHOW- Guests who do not attend the event and have not cancelled in accordance with this policy are not entitled to a refund.
PRIVACY POLICY-
Oota operates from a private residence. Guests are expected to treat the property, host, neighbours and fellow guests with respect at all times. To protect the security and privacy of our home, guests are requested to not publicly share the venue address. We request the guests to refrain from taking and sharing exterior photos of the property for security reasons.
We refuse the right to entry or ask a guest to leave for inappropriate misconduct. In such cases no refund will be offered.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS-
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Our private event requires minimum 8 guests. We can accomodate up to 16 guests to proceed for a private event.
ALLERGENS & GLUTEN DISCLAIMER-
Oota is not an allergen-free or gluten-free environment. Guests are responsible for advising us of any allergies or dietary requirements before booking and determining whether the dining experience is suitable for them.
